Comprehensive Master Plan, Trails Update and Master Plan for Birmingham Park. The project includes revising and updating the City of Milton Park Assessment Study produced in 2009, updating the Trails Master Plan and revising the Master Plan for Birmingham Park completed by Fulton County in 2005. This community-driven plan provides recommendations to implement parks, recreation and facilities programming. It was accomplished through a detailed resource inventory and analysis, study of land-use regulations and the development of accurate level of service standards. The Master Plan identifies the recreational needs of the citizens of the City of Milton and it recommends strategies for meeting those needs.
