Community Master Development Plan for a 1200-acre Study Area located in the Urban Center of Spring Lake. Phase 1 of the Development Plan included inventory and assessment of existing conditions, an economic overview of the Town of Spring Lake Study Area including; business and industry conditions and real estate trends and development trends and conditions over the recent past. A comprehensive community involvement strategy resulted in a Summary of Issues, detailed SWOT Analysis and a Concept Development Plan that will guide redevelopment in the Urban Core and surrounding neighborhoods.
