Boynton Beach Small Area Master Plan
This project was conceived by Boynton Beach merchants affected by a proposed small area master plan. Gjertson Design provided a revised Conceptual Master Plan that more accurately met the needs of area merchants. The design process included Post-COVID urban design strategies to increase public spaces and incorporating park and green spaces to encourage social distancing and increase streetscape pedestrian space.
